Course Description:
This training is designed to educate workers in Ontario. Construction projects are regulated by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Ontario Regulation 213/91: (reference e-law). Specific training requirements are spelled out in the regulations made under the OHSA, and competency evaluations are required by law.

- Outline the penalties and strict liability for noncompliance.

- Explain the requirement for documentation of competency records.
- Provide details about quality management systems.
