In Ontario, construction projects are regulated by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Ontario Regulation 213/91: (reference e-law). There are both federal and provincial TDG Regulations. Provincial and territorial requirements typically parallel federal regulations.
This course introduces participants to their duties under the TDG Act and Regulations of shipping, receiving, or transporting dangerous goods.

- Outline the classification of Dangerous Goods.
- Identify the Safety Markers.
- Know what to do and how to report unwanted releases.
